SAN FRANCISCO – Columbus State University has earned a No. 9 ranking among the nation’s “Most Affordable Online Colleges” by AffordableCollegesOnline.org (ACO).

·         Maximum Net Price (Tuition + Fees)  = $15,000
·         Fully accredited US institution
·         Non-profit college
·         Four-year, degree-granting institution
·         Students with starting salaries of at least $31,000 upon graduation
·         At least one course available online (IPEDS)

“Today’s mobile economy demands the widespread availability of online education, and many colleges are meeting that demand head-on,” Dan Schuessler, ACO’s founder, said in a release. “We’ve sifted through the most complete and comprehensive data sources to find the colleges and universities offering low-cost, high quality distance learning options.”

The ACO website currently offers several additional “Most Affordable” lists, including large and small community colleges, large state universities, and small private colleges, as well as several rankings of colleges based on their return on investment.
