Army NCO Group Awards Scholarship to Widow of Soldier

COLUMBUS, Ga. -- A Fort Benning organization for top non-commissioned officers has awarded a scholarship to a Columbus State University education student whose soldier husband was killed while preparing to deploy to Iraq.
