Invitation to Participate in the Library Assessment Survey

My name is Mark Flynn, and I am the Dean of Libraries.  We are conducting our Annual Library Assessment to understand how we can improve library services to serve you better.  I would like to invite you to take part in the survey to share your views about how CSU libraries enhance your research skills and overall educational outcomes.   If you decide to participate in this study, you will complete an anonymous survey that should take about 8-10 minutes of your time.

The survey is based in Qualtrics, an online research software which is sending this email to you. Your contact information will not be shared with the research team.  Only aggregate results without identifiers will be shared with the team.  Participants who will take part in the focus-group discussions after the survey will receive some gifts and refreshments.

You have the right to refuse to answer any question(s) for any reason without penalty. You also have the right to discontinue the survey without penalty. If you discontinue the survey, your results will not be used.
