Library to Host Faculty Research Forums

Columbus State University's Schwob Memorial Library has announced a first-time series of 'Faculty Research Forums,' to be held on the Library's first floor on Tuesdays and Thursdays between Jan. 15 and Feb. 28. Sessions will run 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. Admission is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be available.

On each of the series' seven dates, faculty members will give separate 20-minute presentations on his or research findings. The remaining 20 minutes in the hour will be reserved for audience questions and discussion.

The series opens Jan. 15 with 'A Gentleman in Disguise: John Clifford Brown and the Phillipine-American War' by Joe McCallus and 'Older Women's Voices: Perspectives on Aging and Spirituality' by Jackie Titus and Joyce Hickson.
