Beware of Fraudulent E-mails

CSU employees:

Please be aware that fraudulent e-mails are on the rise.  If you receive unsolicited e-mails, internally or externally, requesting funds for payment, please be aware that there are strict USG and CSU protocols that need to be followed before releasing funds.

In addition to a valid and approved invoice, increased scrutiny should be placed on payments to any vendor or location not part of the normal course of business for your agency.
