Columbus State’s College of the Arts Pledges Support to WGPB

Twenty-two volunteers from Columbus State’s College of the Arts helped raise $8,480 for WGPB, the region’s PBS television station, during a spring pledge drive on Saturday, March 14. Barbara Johnston, assistant professor of art history, and Steven Graver, associate professor of theatre, worked collaboratively to organize the trip on behalf of the College of the Arts.

The volunteers were:

Art: Michele McCrillis, Jennifer McCollough, Margo Pierce, Marisol Pena, Victoria Dugger, Christina Hadley, Lauren Cantrell, Maya Siler and Barbara Johnston
Communication: Bill Edwards and Chris McCollough
Music: Trey English
Theater: Larry and Donna Dooley, Tim and Rebecca McGraw, Kim Garcia, Hailey Garcia, Lindsey Garcia, Shelby Burton, Desi Evans and Steven Graver
