CSU Graduate Students, Professor Showcase Research at iBOL Conference in Canada

A group of Columbus State University graduate students in the MS in Natural Sciences Biology Track and their professor, Dr. Kevin S. Burgess, recently showcased their work on plant DNA barcoding at the International Barcode of Life Conference in Canada.

As a result, Dr. Burgess’ research was cited in a manuscript titled “International Barcode of Life: Evolution of a Global Research Community,” in the journal GENOME, and all student abstracts and additional research collaborations were published in a second manuscript of the same edition .
