APRIL 20 – D’ARCY GRAY TO PERFORM WITH PERCUSSION ENSEMBLE
CSU Percussion Ensemble will present its annual spring concert, featuring guest Yamaha concert artist D’Arcy Gray, at 7:30 p.m. Friday in RiverCenter’s Legacy Hall. The concert will include CSU flutist Kaelah Williams in a performance of Jolivet’s Suite en concert for solo flute and four percussionists. Admission is $5 and free with a CSU ID. APRIL 21 – STUDENT, FACULTY RECITALS
CSU’s Schwob School of Music on Saturday will present a student recital by clarinetist Chantell Scriven at 2 p.m. in RiverCenter’s Legacy Hall. APRIL 21 – ASTRONOMY NIGHT AT CALLAWAY GARDENS

APRIL 22 – ‘PRISM’ CONCERT TO SHOWCASE VARIOUS ENSEMBLES
CSU’s Schwob School of Music will premiere a “PRISM” concert, billed as “a showcase of the school’s outstanding student ensembles in a fast-paced program of musical favorites,” at 4 p.m. Sunday in RiverCenter’s Bill Heard Theatre. Performing ensembles will be the University Singers, Jazz Band, Wind Orchestra, Philharmonic Orchestra, Percussion Ensemble, Wind Symphony, Student String Quartet, Guitar Ensemble, “Piano 4-Hands” and the school’s opera-musical theatre performers. APRIL 22 – STUDENT RECITALS TO FEATURE TROMBONE, PIANO, VOICE
In addition to the PRISM concert, CSU’s Schwob School of Music on Sunday will present student recitals by trombonists William Buechner and Andrew Stubbs in RiverCenter’s Legacy Hall, and pianist Kelly Horton and soprano Jacquelyn Klarenbeek in RiverCenter Studio Theatre. APRIL 23-25 – ONE-ACT PLAY FESTIVAL
CSU’s Department of Theatre will stage a “One-Act Play Festival” Monday through Wednesday in the CSU Theatre on the Park’s 200-seat studio theatre, part of the new CSU RiverPark art and theatre complex at the corner of 10th Street and Bay Avenue in downtown Columbus. APRIL 28 – RECITAL BY AWARD WINNNING VOCALIST MICHAEL SUMUEL
CSU’s Schwob School of Music will present a student recital by baritone Michael Sumuel at 3 p.m. Saturday, April 28 in RiverCenter’s Legacy Hall. Sumuel won the Music Teachers National Association Young Artists Collegiate Voice Competition on March 25 in Toronto.
