JAN. 8 – Second Sunday: Vanishing of the Bees Film Screening
Columbus State’s Oxbow Meadows Environmental Learning Center presents its Second Sunday Series with the screening of Vanishing of the Bees at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 8 at the center, 3535 South Lumpkin Road. Filmed across the
United States, Europe, Australia and Asia, this documentary examines the disappearance
of honeybees and the greater meaning it holds about the relationship between mankind
and the Earth. Admission is $3.

Columbus State’s women’s basketball team plays Armstrong Atlantic State University

CSU’s Schwob School of Music presents the ever-popular Gilbert and Sullivan creation,
HMS Pinafore, at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 13 in RiverCenter’s Studio Theatre. This operetta is a
colorful, romantic romp aboard one of His Majesty's ships, with all the comic touches
