JUNE 2-4 CSU TO STAGE AINT MISBEHAVIN
Columbus State Universitys Schwob School of Music will stage the musical, Aint Misbehavin Friday through Sunday in the RiverCenters Studio Theatre. Performance times are 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 4 p.m. Sunday. The production is based on the music of legendary jazz pianist/composer Thomas Fats Waller and will feature a cast of CSU students enrolled in the music schools Opera/Musical Theatre class. Music professor Joseph Golden is artistic director, theatre professor Brenda May Ito is stage director and choreographer, and music professor Deborah Jacobs is assistant director.

JUNE 6 NEW STUDENT ORIENTATION FOR SUMMER SESSION
Columbus State University will host an orientation for new students on Tuesday. This program is for all new students enrolled for CSUs summer session that begins June 8. Check-in for the orientation begins at 8 a.m. in the Davidson Center Game Room. The program will run from 8:30 a.m. to approximately 3 p.m. The cost is $35 per student and $15 per guest with advance registration. An extra $25 will be charged for same-day registration on site. Fees cover meals, all supplies and materials. For questions regarding reservations, call 706-568-2330. JUNE 7 SUMMER SESSION LATE REGISTRATION AND FEE DEADLINE
Wednesday, June 7 is the final day to register and pay for CSU summer session classes that start June 8 and continue through July 26. For more information, call 706-568-2035 or visit http://registration.colstate.edu.

JUNE 10 SPACE SCIENCE CENTER TO CELEBRATE 10TH ANNIVERSARY
Columbus State Universitys Coca-Cola Space Science Center will celebrate its 10th anniversary with various activities and attractions from 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, June 10 at the center, located at 701 Front Ave., Columbus.

Highlighting the celebration, former NASA astronaut Brian Duffy will give presentations describing space travel at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. in the Omnisphere Theater. He also will sign autographs after each presentation. Duffy served with NASA from 1985-2001 and currently is an executive with Lockheed Martin Corp. The anniversary celebration will feature other interactive learning activities and demonstrations, and a 4:45 p.m. cake-cutting ceremony, followed by planetarium laser shows and an Astronomy Night session.
