MAY 5-6 - CSU TO HOST NCAA WOMENS TENNIS REGIONAL FINALS
For the third straight year, Columbus State University is hosting a portion of the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Womens Tennis Regional. Matches will be held Friday and Saturday at the Blackmon Tennis Center. The action gets underway at noon on Friday with USC Upstate battling USC Aiken. CSU will follow at 3:30 p.m., taking on Erskine College.

The winners of the two matches will meet at noon Saturday for the right to advance to the NCAA Division II National Championships in Kansas City. Admission is free. For more information, visit http://athletics.colstate.edu.

MAY 13 - CSU TO HOLD SEPARATE GRADUATION CEREMONIES
Columbus State University will honor about 300 degree recipients each during separate graduation ceremonies, at 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Saturday, May 13, in the Lumpkin Center. The College of Science and D. Abbott Turner College of Business will participate in the 10 a.m. ceremony. The College of Arts and Letters, College of Education and University College will recognize its graduates during the 4 p.m. ceremony.

W.C. Bradley Company Chairman of the Board and CEO Stephen Butler will deliver the morning commencement address. The afternoon speaker will be James Woodward, chancellor emeritus of the University of North Carolina Charlotte.

Seating for guests will begin at 8:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., respectively. Guests are advised to arrive early, as traffic will be heavy. Shuttles will be available to transport guests from the parking lots.

The CSU Bookstore will sell commemorative items on the second-floor lobby of the Lumpkin Center before the ceremonies.
