Jed Bedford and John Thomas combined for 46 points to lead Columbus State University to a 72-56 victory over Kennesaw State in Sundays Peach Belt Conference Tournament Championship basketball game held at the Lumpkin Center. Columbus State earns the leagues automatic bid to the NCAA Division II South Atlantic Regional as the Cougars won their fifth PBC Tournament title and set a school record with their 27th victory of the season.
