CSU Officially Launches Education Advisory Board’s Student Success Collaborative Campus

We are excited to officially launch Education Advisory Board’s Student Success Collaborative Campus this Thursday, September 8. Faculty/staff will access EAB through a tab in CougarNet. With the official launch, I am offering multiple training sessions over the next two weeks on both campuses . This is an opportunity for faculty and staff to come together and learn about this technology and how it can be used to improve many workflows such as identifying at-risk students and providing timely interventions, scheduling and tracking appointments, tracking specific cohorts of students, faculty early alerts, advising notes, etc… I encourage everyone who is involved with academic advising and/or student support to attend a session, as it will be an opportunity to learn more about this powerful tool. Also, I am willing to host trainings at departmental meetings.
