CSU Professor and Associate Dean Presents at the Department of Defense Education Activity Event

Dr. Sallie Averitt Miller, Professor of Reading and Associate Dean, was an invited guest speaker and group leader on College and Career Readiness at the Department of Defense Education Activity Americas Southeast District Base Camp for 21st Century Schools on January 31, 2019. Attendees included teachers and administrators from the school systems from seven military bases in Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, and South Carolina. Helpful contributions to Dr. Miller's presentation came from conversations with colleagues Dr. Janet Alexander, Ms. Deborah Korytoski, and Dr. Deniz Peker.
