CSU's Director of Leadership Development Selected to Host Harvard Conference Session

Ed Helton, Columbus State University's Executive Director of Leadership Development, was selected to host a session at the Harvard University Kennedy School of Government's Adaptive Leadership Alumni Conference, Oct. 16-18. Helton's session was titled "Adaptive Leadership as a Model for Executive Coaching" and was designed to develop leaders who do not think linearly, but who instead seek to understand the complexity of problems before seeking to solve them.
