CSU Student Presents to Leading State School Administrators

Amanda Howse, a Columbus State University student teacher in the Department of Teacher Education, and cooperating teacher Sharlene Brown presented to more than 100 Georgia public school administrators during the Georgia Association of Educational Leaders Summer Conference in July.

During the presentation, Howse and Brown discussed their experiences with student teaching, co-teaching and edTPA.

"They did a fabulous job,” said Penny McRoy, a representative for the Georgia Professional Standards Commission. “Both said all the right and important things the audience needed to hear.”
