Exercise Science Student, Professor to Present at Sports Medicine Conference

Ashley Holden, a graduate student in Columbus State University’s Exercise Science program, will present her research, titled “Comparison of the Body Adiposity Index, Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis, and Air Displacement Plethysmography in Collegiate Division II Female Soccer Players," at the Southeast American College of Sports Medicine Conference this February.

Exercise science lecturer Erick Richman will present his research, titled "Foam Rolling Improves Sit-and-Reach with No Detriment to Explosive Exercise Performance" during the same conference.
