Free CSU Theatre Tickets Available

CSU faculty, staff, and students can receive one complimentary ticket for each CSU Deapartment of Theare play this year. One ticket is available with presentaiton of a CSU ID at the Fine Arts Hall Box Office - any additional tickets and/or dinners will be at full price.

The first production of the season plays Sept. 12-14 and Sept. 19-21. The show is a dinner theatre production of 'The Pavilion,' in the Fine Arts Hall Auditorium. The schedule includes: 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday shows following dinner at 6:30 p.m. in the adjoining Foyer. The Sunday times include a 1 p.m. dinner and 2 p.m. show.

CSU Assistant Professor Susan Reid directs the play, written by Craig Wright. The setting is under the roof of a century-old pavilion where two high school sweethearts - whose long ago breakup was sudden and unexplained - meet at their 20-year high school reunion. Meanwhile, the pavilion, filled with memories and a symbol of the community's identity, is slated for demolition. The production, with mature themes and language, may not be suitable for children.
