Mathematics & Biology Major Selected for National Summer Research Program

Columbus State University mathematics and biology major Michael Rohly was selected from a pool of 150 applicants to join the National Institute for Mathematics and Biological Synthesis Summer Research Experience program for undergraduates and teachers at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville beginning June 8. Rohly and a team of students and faculty from other universities will spend eight weeks studying stressors in host-pathogen interactions.
