Professor of Sociology Published in Leading Journal on Third World Issues

Florence Wakoko Studstill, associate professor of sociology and assistant director for library assessment at Columbus State University, recently co-authored an article with the University of Nevada’s Johnson Makoba titled "From Prosperity for All to Prosperity for Few : Political SACCOS and Their Impact on Rural Development in Uganda," in the Journal of Third World Studies, a peer-reviewed journal exploring Third World problems and their solutions. Third World Studies is a publication of the Association of Third World Studies, the world’s largest professional organization devoted to the study of the developing countries of Asia, Africa and Latin America.###
