Professors Publish Research Papers

Rosa Williams, Columbus State associate professor of astronomy, and co-authors  Ning-Xiao Zhang, You-Hua Chu, Bing Jiang, Yang Chen, and R. A. Gruendl have just had a paper accepted for publication in the international Journal The Astrophysical Journal. The title of their paper is "Physical Nature of the -bright Shell Nebulae N70 and N185.”

Clinton I. Barineau, Columbus State associate professor of geology, and co-authors James Tull and Christopher S. Holm-Denoma have a paper published in the current issue of the international journal Geological Society of America Bulletin. The title of their article is "Early to Middle Ordovician back-arc basin in the southern Appalachian Blue Ridge: Characteristics, extent, and tectonic significance."
