Staff Spotlight: Anne Brown

Anne Brown is the focus of this month’s Staff Spotlight, a recognition sponsored by Columbus State University’s Staff Council.

In the following video, Sgt. Michael Stewart, a member of Staff Council’s public relations committee, interviews Brown, who helped establish the CSU Food Pantry for students who are food insecure.

Brown, community outreach advisor in CSU’s Office of Community Outreach, also is responsible for leading the university’s volunteer efforts. She was recognized in May during CSU’s 2017 Faculty & Staff Recognition and Excellence Awards ceremony as the winner of the 2017 Staff Innovation Award. Brown also recently celebrated her fifth anniversary at CSU and will serve as president of CSU’s Staff Council beginning July 2018.
