Student Receives President’s Volunteer Service Award

Columbus State student Brittany Hobbs, citing her hours of volunteer work in the community, has received the President’s Volunteer Service Award and a letter from President Barack Obama. Hobbs, a junior at CSU, a military wife, stay at home mom of two boys and fulltime student , carries that load and still finds the time to volunteer consistently.
