Trumpet Professor Speaks at Early Brass Festival

Rob Murray, professor of trumpet in Columbus State’s Schwob School of Music, presented as a guest speaker in July to the Historic Brass Society's Early Brass Festival at Oberlin College and Conservatory of Music in Oberlin, Ohio. His lecture, titled “New Beginnings and Rediscovered Gems: The Vincent Bach Music Collection in the International Trumpet Guild Archives,” included a discussion of the International Trumpet Guild Archives, a collection housed in CSU Archives.
