Dear students, faculty and staff,
Please be aware that Banner, CSU’s student information system, will be updated during the Thanksgiving holiday break. As a result, CougarNet/MyCSUBeta, Banner, ISIS, Workflow, Nolij, and Ad Astra will be offline from Friday, Nov. 25 at 7 a.m. until Sunday, Nov. 27 at 8 p.m.
CougarView, Cougar Scheduler, and My Housing Portal will not be affected and will remain available.
This upgrade is part of several changes taking place as UITS prepares for the spring 2017 semester. Here are a few more moves and upgrades to look forward to:
- The main campus HelpDesk, Repair Shop and Open Computer Lab are moving to the Schwob Library on main campus to make room for a cybersecurity lab in CCT. The move will start Dec. 3 and end Jan. 3. The Help Desk will still be available for assistance from its RiverPark location in Dillingham Place, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. The number for the HelpDesk will remain 706-507-8199.
- CougarNet is becoming MyCSU. Users will find a more user-friendly system when they log on in January. Test MyCSU Beta version now.
- Faculty and staff also can look forward to a new, mobile-friendly eQuest system with reduced selection steps and shorter submission times. Visit helpdesk.columbusstate.edu/easyvista for more details and screenshots of the system.
